ALIGN CLASSIC

Rooted in classical Pilates, this signature Reformer class blends tradition with a modern edge. You'll build full-body strength, enhance flexibility, and refine coordination—all while staying true to core Pilates principles. Thoughtful sequences and contemporary flow take your practice further with every session.

Designed to help you realign and refresh through gentle movement and apparatus-assisted stretching. This session combines light mobility work with deep, mindful stretches to leave you feeling lengthened, relaxed, and recharged for the day ahead. Find your center. Restore your balance. ALIGN & RESTORE

This high-energy, low-impact class is ideal for cardio lovers craving a joint-friendly burn. Using the Jumpboard, you’ll perform controlled, plyometric movements with spring resistance instead of gravity—creating a dynamic, heart-pumping workout that’s easy on the body.

align & burn

Align & Burn blends high-energy cardio with Pilates-based strength training for a powerful, full-body workout. This dynamic class combines interval training, functional movement, and modern Pilates techniques to maximize results and boost endurance. Move with power. Train with purpose.
